Gary Clark has been an active member of the birding community for over 35 years. He has a weekly column in the Houston Chronicle and San Antonio Express News. He has written four books as well as several feature articles in national magazines.

How confusing a sparrow can be! They are all small and brown yet each is so distinctive. Join naturalist Gary Clark for this class on sparrow identification. You’ll learn which sparrows winter in this area, where to look for them, and how to identify them. Gary will provide little tricks that might help you remember wintering sparrows from year to year.
