Tai Chi Introductory

Experience the soft, smooth movements of Tai Chi Chuan while enjoying a view of the forest. Tai Chi Chuan is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that has evolved into a highly effective form of exercise. Regardless of age or physical ability, you can treat your body to this relaxing working and movement meditation. Tai Chi involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that are excellent for repairing injuries, de-stressing, and for learning focus and insights into life’s problems.

Time: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Instructor: Tai Chi instructor Greg Illich will show you smooth, flowing exercises to increase your energy and vitality, remove stress, and improve your posture, balance, breathing, cardiovascular fitness, and leg strength.
Cost:$12 members; $15 nonmembers
