Experience the soft, smooth movements of Tai Chi Chuan while enjoying a view of the forest.
Tai Chi Chuan is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that has evolved into a highly effective form of exercise. Regardless of age or physical ability, you can treat your body to this relaxing working and movement meditation. Tai Chi involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that are excellent for repairing injuries, de-stressing, and for learning focus and insights into life’s problems.
