Indulge yourself in a little natural luxury by making blackberry chocolate jam! We’ll give you (almost) everything you need to make this rich and fruity spread that you can use on bread, waffles, crepes, cakes, and other baked goods. Then follow along with the instructor during the interactive, online class from the comfort of your own kitchen. This is a great date-night or “PAL-entine” activity!

You will need the following tools from your own kitchen: knife and cutting board, pot, stove, mesh strainer, wooden spoon, small plate, and freezer. The class will be recorded, and the video will be sent out after the class. Registrants will receive a class link on their receipt and will need to use this link to pre-register for the class on Zoom.
