Coffee and chocolate are a match made in heaven! First, you’ll pick up almost all of the supplies you’ll need at the Arboretum before the class. Then you’ll join us from the comfort of your own kitchen for a virtual cooking class to learn how to make beautiful and delicious coffee chocolate truffles. We’ll use our own Early Bird Blend from Katz Coffee, so the truffles will be tasty AND bird-friendly! This class is great for a fun, messy date night.

In addition to the provided supplies, you will need the following from your own kitchen: a stove and optional microwave, a small pot with lid, a stirring spoon, a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter, a heatproof mixing bowl, plastic wrap, a refrigerator, a small spoon and fork, and a baking sheet.
