Registration is closed. Check out our next Nature Revealed class – Wild Romance!

Fungi are so much more than simple decomposers. A mushroom is just the visible tip of the fungal iceberg – these organisms are actually a vast network of filaments, always searching for new interactions. In this class, we’ll focus on some of our local fungi and their complex relationships with plants, insects, and humans. We’ll learn how some fungi form “social networks” with plants and help them gather nutrients, while others are plant parasites. We’ll even explore the ways that fungi can trick insects into doing their bidding!

The class will be recorded, and the video will be sent out after the class. Registrants will receive a class link on their receipt and will need to use this link to pre-register for the class on Zoom.
