Participants will connect\, compare notes\, learn best practices\, and become better educators and experts to support and strengthen urban ecological restoration practices\, foster collaboration\, and encourage innovation to benefit the Greater Houston Region. \n\n\n\nMeeting Location\n\n\n\nAll indoor presentations will be at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center Building. Lay out your picnic blanket and enjoy a delicious meal under the Arboretum trees. \n\n\n\n\nSunday\, December 5\n\n\n\n\nCharcuterie baskets include: 2 premium cold cut meats\, 2 specialty artisanal cheeses\, 2 waters\, seasonal fruit and honey\, crackers/bread\, a small sweet treat\, and 6 pack of Saint Arnold Beer. \n\n\n\nSandwich baskets include: 2 fresh chicken curry sandwiches\, 2 bags of chips\, 2 waters\, seasonal fruit\, a small sweet treat\, and 6 pack of Saint Arnold Beer. \n\n\n\nVegetarian charcuterie and sandwiches available upon request. All picnic baskets include a complimentary six pack of seasonal or year-around beer from Saint Arnold Brewing. You may bring your own additional beverages or snacks. \n\n\n\nSponsored in part by A Bayou City Picnic & Saint Arnold Brewing Co. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIf event is rained out\, registration can be transferred to upcoming session. This fun event will feature music by Folk Family Revival\, Lunchbox Hippies food truck\, raffle prizes\, and more! Whether you upgrade to your very own VIP table or lay a blanket out on the lawn\, this unique concert will offer the perfect outdoor experience. \n\n\n\nAll attendees will have an opportunity to win fun door prizes from our sponsors! \n\n\n\nThis event has been cancelled. Please join us for our next Concert in the Courtyard on November 12.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhenever the Folk Family Revival plays\, the ground underneath seems more a sanctuary than a stage. Brothers Mason and Barrett Lankford have joined with Caleb Pace and Nick Odom to form a sound that is both clear and righteous\, bold and forceful\, complex and simple at the same time.
