The perfect way to have an adventure on Spring Break – even if you aren’t leaving the city – is to go geocaching! There are 1,000s of geocaches hidden around the Houston area. Learn the basics of geocaching, treasure hunting etiquette, how to use a GPS to locate caches, and head out on the trails of the Arboretum to practice.

Note:  If you want to get a head start, set up a profile at www.geocaching.com before the class!  Smart phones encouraged, please download the Geocaching® app before the class, bring your own GPS, or borrow one of ours.
