Nature Revealed

Northern Cardinals are perhaps the most beloved birds in America. We put them on everything from greeting cards to sports team logos. They are so popular that seven US states have claimed them as their state bird. But why are cardinals so common? Why do the males look so different than the females? Do they really mate for life? And why do they attack your windows and side view mirrors every spring? Learn all this and more as we explore the secret life of cardinals.

Notes: Wear walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
