Nature Revealed

Praying mantises have a larger-than-life reputation. Their staring eyes, grasping legs, and strange behavior inspire myths and misconceptions. In this class you’ll learn the truth about these amazing insects, including their unlikely relatives, complex eyesight, incredible camouflage, and whether or not female mantises really do eat their mates.

Notes: Wear walking shoes and dress for the weather.
