Fall is one of the best times to go camping in Texas! Prepare for your next outdoor adventure with recipes for cooking outside and strategies to minimize your impacts while in nature. Hike to your “campsite” and learn about the 7 principles of Leave No Trace, and then create a 3-course meal in the forest! Dishes will include blackberry leaf iced tea, customizable foil packet dinners with veggies and grilled chicken, and a delicious camp stove dessert. At the end of this course, each participant will receive a Leave No Trace Workshop Completion Certificate.
