Houston Arboretum & Nature Center is a resource for educators of all backgrounds. On field trips, students and teachers increase their understanding of natural systems, learn about relationships between humans and the environment, and have a great time being scientists for the day. Our many different professional development opportunities are designed to develop teacher confidence and increase your knowledge base when teaching science and environmental subjects.
