Simply by joining, members of the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center help us protect and maintain this urban nature sanctuary while also providing world-class environmental education to visitors of all ages. Your support includes many exciting benefits for you too!

- Open your Membership receipt email
- Click on the “Membership Welcome Letter and Card” link
- Once the link opens in your browser, click the black button to add your digital Membership Card to your phone. On iPhones the button will say “Add to Apple Wallet”. On Android devices the button will say “GPay Save to phone”.
- If you prefer a physical card or do not want to add your card to your phone, click the “Download Membership Welcome Letter and Card” link for a printable PDF.
- For Memberships with multiple Members, you will have the option to download a digital Membership Card for each named Member.
Please note that your parking code will no longer show up on your Membership Card, but will still be visible on your receipt in the highlighted Additional Information section.
In addition to the free parking code, found at the bottom of your Membership receipt, which works at both our kiosks and on the ParkHouston and ParkMobile apps, Members also have access to a printable Parking Pass that can be placed on your dash when you visit the Arboretum.
Please follow these directions to find your Parking Pass:
- Open your Membership receipt email
- Click on the “Membership Welcome Letter and Card” link
- Once the link opens in your browser, download the Membership Welcome Letter and Card
- The second page of the PDF will include your printable Parking Pass which should be placed on your dash for free parking when you visit the Arboretum
