Simply by joining, Houston Arboretum & Nature Center Members help us protect and maintain this urban nature sanctuary while also providing world-class environmental education to visitors of all ages. Your support includes many exciting benefits for you too!

- Click the Member Login button above.
- Enter your Member Number and select the name on the account.
- Enter your email address and create a password — this will be used for all future logins.
- Once signed in, you’ll land on your Account Profile page, where you can:
- Update your address
- Change your password
- View orders
- Review your membership benefits

From Your Confirmation Email:
- Open your Membership Order Confirmation email.
- Click Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, then follow the prompts to add your card.
- Prefer a physical card or don’t want to add it to your phone? Click “Print at Home” to download a printable PDF.
From Your Membership Account:
- Sign in to your Membership Account.
- On your Account Profile page, go to My Benefits.
- Select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay to save your card.
Your parking code does not appear on your Membership Card but is visible on your receipt in the highlighted section at the top.
From Your Confirmation Email:
- Your parking code appears at the top of the email, in the highlighted section at the top.
- Your printable parking pass is attached to the email.
From Your Membership Account:
- Log in and click View Your Orders.
- Select your order number.
- Your parking code appears at the top of the order, in the highlighted section at the top.
- Click Print at Home to download your printable parking pass.
For the easiest experience, use the ParkHouston or ParkMobile app — just enter your parking code and the app will save it for future parking sessions. You can also enter your code at the parking kiosk or via the scan to pay option.

As a Member, you’re eligible for discounts on select events and programs.
Only Family Tree Memberships and above receive priority registration and discounted pricing for Children’s Programs and Nature Camps.
Log in to Your Membership Account
- Once signed in, you’ll see your account initial in the top corner of the page (e.g., N for Noah or D for Debbie).
Find Your Program or Event
- Click Programs & Events at the top of the page.
- On mobile, find this under the three bars in the top right corner.
- Search for and select your desired class or event (e.g., yoga).
Confirm Your Member Price
- The Member price should appear automatically once your account is recognized.

- If you still see the non-Member price or a “Become a Member” message, email [email protected].
- Sending a screenshot helps us see exactly what’s happening so we can fix it for you.
