Beyond Your Senses

There’s a whole world beyond the reach of human senses: ultraviolet, infrared, ultrasound… Discover the hidden signals that are undetectable to us, but part of everyday life for non-human animals. In this hands-on class we’ll use blacklights to discover how “dull” birds really shine, special microphones to eavesdrop on bats, and even test strips to determine if any of us have a super-human sense of taste!

Please dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes.
