Coffee Chocolate Truffles

Coffee and chocolate are a match made in heaven! For this virtual cooking class, you’ll pick up most of the supplies you’ll need at the Arboretum before the class. Then you’ll join us from the comfort of your own kitchen to learn how to make delicious truffles. We’ll use our own Early Bird Blend from Katz Coffee, so the truffles will be tasty AND bird-friendly!
For the class:
In addition to the provided supplies, you will need the following from your own kitchen: 1/3 cup of whipping cream or coconut cream, ½ tbsp butter (dairy or plant-based), a stove and optional microwave, a small pot with lid, a stirring spoon, a heatproof mixing bowl, plastic wrap, a refrigerator, a small spoon and fork, and a baking sheet. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
