Did you know that you can make fresh cheese and butter easily in your own kitchen? Join us to learn how to make queso fresco-style cheese and home-“churned” butter! We’ll explore a little cooking chemistry and experiment with adding flavors from herbs and spices.
Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy and wear walking shoes.
