Drink the Rainbow

Cool off and get colorful this summer with a rainbow of DIY drinks! In this hands-on class we’ll explore the delicious world of color chemistry. We’ll make two color-changing drinks (hibiscus iced tea and “butterfly breeze”), and then we’ll play with density to create a fruity rainbow mocktail. All of the recipes will be nonalcoholic, but we’ll talk about how you can create boozy versions too. 

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
