So you want to make your backyard into a haven for native plants and wildlife – but how do you know which plants are “good” and which are “bad”? Join us for a crash course in identifying common invasive plants in the Houston area using botanical specimens and examples out on the Arboretum’s trails. We’ll also talk about why invasive plants cause so many problems and some great alternatives for your home garden.

Masks are required. This class will take place mostly outdoors, rain or shine. Please dress for the weather and wear walking shoes.
