Recurring event see all

September 30 2021 from 9:30 am 10:30 am

$10 member / $15 nonmember (per class)
Instructor: Heather Sullivan
Ages 16 and up

Join us for weekly mindfulness lessons in nature inspired by the “Forest Bathing” movements in South Korea and Japan. Restorative time in nature helps us to reground and find respite from our modern, hectic lives. Mindfulness teaches us how to be fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of our thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgment. Each week will focus on a different theme like grounding, breath, and emotions.

Class on September 30th has SOLD OUT. Please click the button below to register for more upcoming classes!

Each session will take place mostly outdoors, rain or shine. Please wear close-toed shoes and dress for the weather.
