Girl Scout Awards provide opportunities for Girl Scouts to make a positive difference in the world around them. Scouts can find inspiration for their projects in the native flora and fauna at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center.

Conservation

The conservation team is equipped to help Girl Scouts complete awards that contribute to the Arboretum’s overall mission of furthering local conservation and habitat restoration efforts.

Education

Girl Scouts who trek the path of educating the public on important ecological issues are supported by the knowledgeable naturalists on the Arboretum’s education team.
