Beginner Birding Hike

Celebrate Houston’s Bird Week and the start of fall migration with our Beginner Birding Hike! We’ll practice using binoculars (we’ll even have pairs for you to borrow), learn how to spot birds, and work through the basics of bird ID.

Wildflower ID Walk

This class will be entirely outdoors and take place rain or shine. Wear close-toed shoes and dress for the weather.

The Arboretum is currently CLOSED due to the continuing power outage caused by Hurricane Beryl. All classes and events on Monday, July 15 and Tuesday, July 16 have been cancelled or postponed. Please check back for updates.
